بيمثل مدى جودة النوم وعلاقته بسرعة إستفشاء الجسم للاعبين اللي نومهم متوازن ومحافظين على توقيت وجودة نومهم وبالأخص أثناء فترة المباريات تعد
(من أهم الوسائل المهمة لسرعة الاستشفاء هي النوم ).

وعدم الاستجابة السريعة لإعادة توازن واستفشاء الجسم
يعني بالبلدي كده كلاعب في أي رياضة ومش شرط إنسان بتمارس حياتك الطبيعية وجودة نومك مش بالقدر الكافي هتلاقي فيه خلل في يومك.
