When on holiday, sometimes it is not easy to find a gym. So always try to make the most of the resources available to you. Even an outdoor park can be utilised to do bodyweight training and calisthenics πŸ‘ŒπŸΌπŸ’ͺ🏼
My Back & Biceps workout this Friday was done completely outdoors 😎 it was a nice change up! 😁

One of the most neglected muscles in the upper body is the Rear Deltoid, the muscle at the back of the shoulder capsule, sitting adjacent to the Trapezius.

If you have bad posture with rounded shoulders and a hunch in the upper back (possibly due to working on a computer all day), then it is absolutely essential to strengthen the rear dealt muscles, which will in turn pull the shoulder blades back and down.

In addition to improving posture, a fully developed Rear Delt muscle will also give you a much more spherical shoulder and that "cannon ball" look πŸ’£. Well developed deltoids that really "pop out" can transform the upper body physique by widening the shoulders and in turn slimming the waist line πŸ‘ŒπŸΌ

I was on the road for almost 24hrs, had very little sleep, full of man flu, feeling very weak and tired.. Didn't feel like training at all 🀧😴

It's at times like these we realise what makes us who we are. All those of years of hard work, discipline and commitment to our craft become questioned through a test of our character. Are we really as mentally strong as we think..? πŸ€” How much sacrifice are we willing to put in to achieve our goals?

So what did I do.. I sucked it up, got it together, made it a priority to find a gym and still got my workout in! πŸ’ͺ🏼😀
