I am offering Yoga and/or Pilates class 4x a week at night in the grass in JBR in Dubai! This is a fun loving atmosphere where anyone is welcome! It doesn't matter what level you are at in your practice or if you have never taken a single class! The classes go anywhere from 1-2 hours! The yoga classes usually go 1.5-2 hours! The style is Ashtanga/Vinyasa. The class can include anything from Yoga A
