🔑 5 Rules for Building a Lasting Fitness Habit
1. Start Small
Don’t set a goal like “work out for an hour 5 times a week.” Begin with 10–15 minutes, but do it consistently. This removes the mental barrier.
2. Anchor It to an Existing Habit
For example: “Right after my morning coffee — 10 squats” or “After work — a 20-minute walk.” The brain remembers new habits better when they’re linked to old ones.
3. Make It as Easy as Possible
Gym too far? Start at home. No dumbbells? Use water bottles. The fewer obstacles, the higher the chance you’ll stick to it.
4. Focus on the Process, Not Just the Results
“I work out because I want to feel energized” works better than “I want abs in 2 weeks.” Results will come, but habits form through enjoyment.
5. Celebrate Small Wins Daily
Check off workouts, log your steps, praise yourself. The brain loves rewards — and this strengthens the habit.

🥗 What I Eat in a Day➡️
Being a fitness trainer doesn’t mean eating perfectly 100% of the time. It means understanding what your body needs and building a sustainable routine around that. Some days I cook, some days I grab something on the go — and both are okay. I focus on balance, protein at every meal, and not obsessing over “clean eating.” Real progress comes not from restriction, but from consistency and a healthy relationship with food🙌🏻
