Dance Mash-Up is a dance inspired workout that builds up your stamina, strengthen your core and uplifts your soul.

The three part sequence mixes high energy cardio with choreographed routines for arms, lower body and abs. DMU is currently taught at The Studio in Wasl Square and in Talise Fitness center in Jumierah Beach Hotel. Class Schedule:
Sunday @ 5:00 PM (JBH)
Monday @ 5:30 PM (The Studio)
Wednesday @ 9:30 AM (The Studio)
Saturday @10:30 AM (The Studio)
