This split’s built for leaning up — whether you’re getting ready for a holiday, want to look good shirtless, or just want to strip some fat while maintaining muscle.
Focus is on chest, back, arms, and shoulders. You can swap sessions around if you want to hit lower body or delts and arms separately — there are options built in.
To maximize fat loss, add LISS sessions throughout the week. Low-intensity cardio works. Optional core work if you want to include it.
