I thought by putting the speed up to 1.1x I may look less all over the place 😬
Absolutely LOVE boxing and we had a great little routine going a couple years back. But since being in Dubai I’ve only been to classes on the bags (which I love) but really want to keep up on pad work again.. I’ll have my nails trimmed though 💅
