Do we really need a gym membership to improve overall strength and live a active and healthy lifestyle?
This Question was asked by one of my client when she wanted to start working out but she said she has been delaying it as she couldn’t manage gym time due to her work schedule and gym distance.
and you won’t believe due to only this reason she didn’t trained for almost 1 year, and i am pretty sure, there are many people who think gym membership is the only way to live a healthy and active life.
but in reality they can do some much without joining a gym,
Few things i have tried with my clients,
1- Basic body weight
2- Trx suspension equipment my favourite
3- free weights
4- outdoor jog, run, walk
Give these equipments a try you will get amazed what you can achieve.
