Introducing our U13s Head Coach for the 2026/27 season, Mason 🔴⚫🏉
We are delighted to announce Mason as part of our U13s coaching team for the Club’s landmark 60th anniversary season.
Originally from Northampton, Mason developed his rugby foundations at Old Northamptonians and Northampton School for Boys before representing East Midlands at age-grade level. He continued his rugby journey at Bangor University, where he was part of a 1st XV side that enjoyed back-to-back unbeaten seasons and successive promotions, and has also represented Hammerhead 7s at UK elite club level.
Since moving to Dubai, Mason has become part of the Exiles Men’s Premiership squad, playing in the back row for the 1st XV throughout the 2025/26 season.
Alongside his playing career, Mason brings coaching experience from Old Northamptonians Women’s first team and summer rugby camps.
Stepping into the U13s Head Coach role, Mason is focused on building strong foundations within the squad and instilling the values of hard work, commitment, teamwork and, above all, enjoyment of the game.
With the commitment of the players, support of the parents and the Club behind him, Mason is excited to embrace the challenge and build something special with the U13s throughout our 60th anniversary season.
We look forward to seeing the impact Mason will make with the squad throughout the season ahead.

Stuart Davies – Director of Vets & Touch
Stuart’s love affair with rugby began at Keynsham RFC (Bristol), where he played through every age group, alongside representing Wellsway School. Since then, rugby has been a constant throughout his life, taking him from Old Sulians RFC to clubs in London including KCS Old Boys, The Law Society RFC and Rosslyn Park FC, where he captained the club’s Sevens team.
Along the way, he has enjoyed everything the game has to offer: fierce competition, lifelong friendships and a number of memorable tours, including a trip to Brazil with The Law Society.
A lifelong Bath Rugby supporter, Stuart still remembers watching Bath win the John Player Cup in 1984 and has followed the club ever since, seeing them lift the Premiership trophy in 2025.
Having spent decades getting far more out of rugby than he has put in, Stuart is delighted to give something back as Dubai Exiles’ Vets Director of Rugby. His aim is simple: to help keep vets rugby competitive, inclusive and enjoyable, while ensuring the club’s traditions of camaraderie, commitment and post-match storytelling (and singing) remain in safe hands.
He firmly believes that rugby is a game for life and that no player is ever too old for one more season.
