Few people have shaped quite like Charlotte.

As Charlotte steps down from her role leading the club, we want to recognise the incredible impact she has had since joining in August 2019.

When Charlotte arrived, the club had just four players on the membership register and a single coach. Through her dedication, passion and unwavering commitment, she helped transform the club into the thriving community it is today, with approximately 170 players and a coaching team of 11 coaches.

The journey was not without its challenges. During Covid, training moved online, ensuring players remained active, connected and supported. More recently, during periods of regional uncertainty, she continued to prioritise the wellbeing and connection of the club’s members, providing opportunities for players to train and stay engaged when it mattered most.

In the early days, Charlotte worked tirelessly to build strong foundations for the club, supported by a committed network of families, volunteers and players. As the club grew, so did the coaching team, with Hayley joining in the second year and Andrea becoming part of the coaching team in August 2021. From there, the club continued to flourish through word of mouth, the support of the Active Netball League and the commitment of its growing team of coaches and volunteers.

Today, the club stands as a testament to what can be achieved through passion, resilience and community spirit. From four players and one coach to 170 players and 11 coaches, the growth has been remarkable.

Along the way, the club celebrated numerous successes, including league titles and Dubai 7s victories. While the achievements on court have been significant, Charlotte’s greatest legacy is the community she helped create. A club built on inclusion, resilience, friendship and a genuine love of netball.

On behalf of all our players, parents, coaches, volunteers and supporters, thank you for everything you have given to the club. The impact you have made will be felt for many years to come, and we wish you every success in your next chapter.

A huge congratulations to former Dubai Exiles player on an incredible achievement 👏🏔️

Gabe has made history by becoming the youngest British national to summit Mount Everest, reaching the world’s highest peak at just 17 years old.

We are incredibly proud to see a former Exiles player achieve something so remarkable.

To take on a challenge of this scale requires determination, resilience and an incredible work ethic. Qualities that have clearly served Gabe well on this journey.
