I never had a clear roadmap. I didn’t know how to present, how to write, or how to build world champions when I first started. I didn’t even know where to start to become a strength and conditioning coach in the first place.

But I showed up. I tried. I failed. I learned.
And along the way I discovered that you don’t need all the answers—you just need to keep moving. Moving creates the momentum.

From running my first workshop at 23, writing articles at 24, producing world champions by 26, and building Performance Purist by 28, the journey has always been about one thing: showing up every day and delivering my product better than the day before.

If there’s a theme here it’s this: you don’t have to know it all—you just have to start.
