A little sunshine, a little greenery, and a very happy me! ❤️🌿✨

I think one of the most beautiful things about growing through life is learning to enjoy your own company.

I’ve had my share of ups and downs, lessons, tears, laughter, and everything in between. And somewhere along the way, I’ve learned that happiness doesn’t always have to come from something big.

Sometimes it’s just me being my curious little self, admiring pomegranates on a tree, getting excited about the smallest things, and smiling for absolutely no reason! 🥹❤️

The little girl in me still finds magic in ordinary things, and I hope I never lose that part of myself.

Here’s to more unplanned moments, silly smiles, beautiful places, and a life that feels as good on the inside as it looks on the outside. 🌸

Eight beautiful women gathered in our EmpowHer Sunday Club to explore something so deeply connected to the feminine — Money, Worthiness & Deserving. 💫

We questioned the beliefs that make us feel we must struggle to deserve, overgive to be loved, and constantly prove our worth before allowing ourselves to receive.

Because abundance isn’t just about how much money we have. It’s also about how worthy we feel of receiving it. ❤️

And what better day than Ashtami to remind ourselves that the Devi within us was never unworthy, never undeserving, and never meant to shrink herself to receive love or abundance. 🌸

My heart is full of gratitude for this sacred sisterhood.

🌸 9 Women. One Beautiful Space. A Journey Back to Ourselves. 🌸

What a beautiful way to celebrate Navratri! ❤️

Today, nine beautiful women came together at the True North Collective for a heartfelt session on “The Woman Beneath the Roles: Healing, Self-Worth & Choosing Yourself.”

As I shared my journey and we explored inner child healing, we went beyond the roles we play, the responsibilities we carry, and the expectations we place upon ourselves.

We reflected, connected, shared stories, and created space for the little girls within us who may have learned too early to put everyone else’s needs before their own.

There is something incredibly powerful about women coming together, holding space for one another, and remembering that we are worthy of love simply for who we are, not just for what we do for others.

And how beautifully aligned that nine women came together during these nine sacred nights of Navratri, celebrating the Divine Feminine within us. 🌺

I absolutely loved speaking today, sharing my heart, and witnessing the openness and warmth in the room.

Thank you, True North Collective, for bringing us together and creating this beautiful space for connection, healing, and sisterhood.

✨ 7 Chakras. One Powerful Journey Within. ✨

Today, on the auspicious 10/10 portal, we came together for a beautiful journey of Chakra Healing & Kundalini Activation. 🧘‍♀️🌈

From understanding the seven energy centres to exploring the emotions, beliefs, and patterns we carry within, today’s workshop was about so much more than just learning about chakras.

It was about awareness, connection, surrender, and coming home to ourselves. ❤️

We explored the wisdom of each chakra, its connection with our everyday lives, and practices to bring greater balance and consciousness into our journey.

And then came the beautiful experience of connecting with Kundalini Shakti, the divine feminine energy honoured within yogic traditions. 🌸

What made today special was witnessing these wonderful women showing up for themselves, being present, exploring their inner world, and allowing themselves to simply BE.

Because healing is not always about doing more. Sometimes, it is about becoming still enough to listen to yourself.

My heart is filled with gratitude for every woman who trusted me to hold space for her today.

Here’s to awakening awareness, honouring our feminine wisdom, and choosing ourselves, one conscious step at a time. ✨

Today at EmpowHer Sunday Club, we had a raw and beautiful conversation about comparison, jealousy & competition between women. 🌸

Sometimes jealousy isn’t something to be ashamed of.

Sometimes it’s showing you…
✨ what you secretly desire
✨ where you feel “not enough”
✨ what you haven’t permitted yourself to have or become
✨ a part of you that is asking to be seen

The shift?

From “Why does SHE have it?”
to “What is this showing ME?” ❤️

Her success is not your failure.
Her beauty does not diminish yours.
Her being chosen does not mean you are rejected.
Her light does not require you to dim yours.

There is space for her.
And there is space for YOU. 🌸

We don’t have to become “better than” another woman to feel worthy.

We can step out of the ranking altogether.

Sometimes healing will disappoint the people who benefited from your lack of boundaries.

And that can be one of the hardest parts of the journey.

You may be called selfish when you finally choose yourself.
Difficult when you start saying no.
Changed when you stop accepting what once hurt you.
Distant when you stop over-explaining yourself.

But healing was never about becoming more acceptable to everyone else.

It was about coming home to yourself. ❤️
