At Dance Visions, we develop talent, inspire creativity, create fun enjoyable classes and allow you to express yourself in dance.

DIDC done and dusted.
So incredibly proud of these girls💕
✔️First competition - they were all nervous but the got up and did it:)
✔️Amazing results - two 🏆🏆 and 4 🏅🏅🏅🏅
✔️Super proud teacher🤗 they were all beautiful on stage and had such great team spirit💕 till next year.

Musicality practice🎶
Why clapping rhythms and beats are a fundamental part of being musical:
👏Students learn to listen to the music
👏 Helps them understand music and different signatures
👏 Helps them to keep in time with the music
👏 Clapping helps them understand the right moments to be synchronised with the beat of the music.

Strengthen your arches:
🩰Place the Resistance band firmly around the arch of your foot. While pointing your foot, firmly pull the band backward toward your body, enabling your foot to point much further.
🩰 Ball or Foot roller -move the ball by rolling it forward slightly, and let the foot 'mold' around it. Press down with the metatarsals, arch, and finally the heel will leave the floor allowing the ankle complete the shape.
🩰Practice Rises
🩰 In a seated position, grasp the heel of one foot with one hand and use your other hand to push your toes downward
🩰 Balancing with your weight behind you on your hands, lift your heels off the floor as far as you can, stretching your ankles forward.
🩰 Standing on your feet, bend one knee and raise your heel off the floor. (Demi point)press your toes firmly into the floor, stretching the top of your foot and ankle as far as you can.
