Did you know...

During one hour of exercise you could lose up to 2% of your total body-weight and 50% of water lost during a workout is normally not replenished.

It is advised to drink 17-20 ounces of water 2-3 hours prior to a workout. Whilst exercising try to drink 7 to 10 ounces every 10-20 minutes. Within 30 minutes post workout make sure to drink approximately 8 ounces of water.
