You can be all you want to be if..... actually sack off the inspirational BS. Get moving everyday in some shape or form and you’ll feel good! Don’t put 💩 in your mouth every day and you’ll feel good. No inspirational quote is going to fix you, just use a bit of common sense. Cheers.
Right folks, little post on this evidence based/ science / article I read / bored PT so will literally do anything.... jokes, this is utter nonsense - obviously.

So many PT/coaches/ “experts” in the industry are literally trying the ‘next best thing’ on our everyday clients to feed their egos, when we know the BASICS are what works. You don’t see legends such as or doing stupid restricted movements, and banding every movement they do. Yes these are extreme examples however, you CANNOT cheat hard work. There is no quick fix.

BASICS, BASICS , BASICS people. You cannot over train the basics. Stop looking for a fancy shmancy video for the IG thinking you’ve reinvented something. More effective and efficient movements will benefit more in the long run .

Trying to keep up with the man bear himself on the farmers carry today. I have the grip strength of a 5 year old to had to strap in for this one. 75kg each side - and some lovely commentary / facials. BLK BOX Fitness

A year apart! This isn’t a “new year, new me” bu****it post. More an awareness that results take time. I’m not going to preach about macros, counting calories etc. Over the past year I’ve had a fair rollercoaster ride in all dimensions of my life. Training has been something that I’ve enjoyed through out all circumstances. Try and enjoy your training, stay as consistent as you can with foods, and ENJOY yourself with what ever mode of exercise you are doing! Have a great weekend folks! #2019

Over the last few weeks I’ve tried to include more specific ab work in my sessions. Starting to feel (in my lifts) & see the benefits. As usual it’s just the tan letting me down 😂🙈
