Most people think getting older means moving slower.
But the truth is the opposite.

As we age, we lose our ability to move fast and react quickly. That’s exactly what protects us from falls, injuries, and losing independence.

Explosive training — things like quick step-ups, medicine ball throws, fast bodyweight movements — keeps your body sharp, responsive, and strong.

It’s not about jumping like an athlete.
It’s about keeping the ability to catch yourself if you trip, move quickly, and stay capable.

Strength keeps you strong.
But speed keeps you safe.

Train both.

Training breaks the muscle. Recovery rebuilds it stronger.

If you want better progress in the gym, focus on the basics after your workout: sleep, food, and proper rest between sessions.

Don’t add things to recovery. It’s about releasing tension, not about building it up.

Join our remote sales team serving US clients. Earn $320 per closed client – uncapped commissions. Some leads are pre-qualified, some require effort, giving you the chance to maximize your earnings. Close multiple clients per week and scale your income quickly. Flexible schedule, work from anywhere, US market focus.

What You’ll Do

Take and schedule calls, close high-ticket coaching offers
Handle objections confidently and professionally

Compensation

40% commission on every sale (from day one and ongoing)
Some leads are expected to be warm, some require effort; never cold approach though ; commission is uncapped
After 10 clients who bought the most expensive package, the commission climbs by 30% every 10 clients. So if you bring 30 clients, your commission is 100% and I will work with them for free. (yes, really). This doesn't apply for clients who don't buy the most expensive package.
Strong upside: the more you close, the more you earn — and all leads are provided
Example: potentially closing 30 clients/month at $800 each → $16 800 per month in commissions

This is realistic, high-earning potential for top performers.

Ideal Candidate

Based in the USA (East Coast preferred for time-zone alignment)
Proven track record with high-ticket sales ($1k+ offers) but don't be afraid if you don't have it, your success depends on your talent and hard work during the interview test.
Comfortable on Zoom, confident in objection handling
Performance-driven, self-motivated, and professional
Experience in small business or agency settings is a plus but not a must

Whole chicken: the most underrated clean-bulk restaurant meal on a budget.

Why is a whole chicken (no sides, just the meat + juices/sauce) one of the smartest “budget bulk” choices?

1. Lowest cost per gram of protein
Buying chicken in separate cuts means you pay extra for packaging. With a whole chicken, the cost drops dramatically. (Not always nor everywhere though)

2. White + dark meat combo
Dark meat contains more iron, zinc, and B-vitamins than chicken breasts. The nutrient and amino acid mix supports recovery and performance.

3. Skin = extra calories from fat
If you need extra calories for a clean bulk, chicken skin is a natural, simple source.

4. A full-day / a 3^4 of the day portion

When I did Parkour in my twenties. I think about these years with joyful nostalgia. Exploring Bratislava’s iconic spots, living in a dormitory with friends, dreaming of becoming a pro athlete one day. Well one thing is for sure I’ve became something even better, a coach.
