If you want to improve your coordination skills and strengthen your core system, then this workshop is for you.
What will we work on in this class?
✔️increase mobility and strengthen the shoulder girdle;
✔️work on the core muscles and perform abdominal strengthening exercises;
✔️ learn all possible basic flips;
✔️ learn to balance;
✔️perform key wrist strengthening exercises.
We will work on shoulder stand, headstand, elbow stand, forearm stand and handstand on all possible variations.
