Powerlifting seminar was another success for JAF! Had 18 people show up which is more than number of people who showed up for Salsa, Country night and old school combined. Great class and great turn out for around here these days. Everyone learned something. Cheers

WOMEN - includes Masters Women up to 54 years old
Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 12 minutes of:

30 Muscle-ups
