Organization Mission
To mobilize and harness the power of children, youth, women and people at large to combat illiteracy,
ignorance, gender discrimination and the evil of addiction with an ultimate aim of crime prevention and
development our mission is to serve individuals, families and communities in the area where other organizations
don’t have access and cannot implement the programs/projects. Drawing strength from our local assortment,
resource and experience, we promote innovative solutions and are advocates for local responsibility and global
vision.

ABOUT YOFLAC
Evolution Youth Organization for Fortunate Life of afghan Community (YOFLAC) is a not-for-profit and
Non-Political organization in the country working since 1388 or 25/02/2010, YOFLAC is a humanitarian
organization, with professional and committed staff to help families and individuals in a country like
Afghanistan who suffered four decades of war and willing to improve their lives and to achieve lasting victories
over poverty and Bringing security and stability to their communities. We consign special focus on working
alongside with community and government as well as donor agencies in good governance, Water and
Environmental Sanitation, Agriculture and Natural resources, Health, Education, Youth empowerment and
Emergency and Relief Sectors in Afghanistan with special focus on community development and ownership,
and empowering Women, who has the power to help escape poverty of the whole families and entire
communities. Youth and Civil Society are at the heart of YOFLAC community- based efforts to improve basic
education, employment, participation in the democratic process, agriculture, access to clean water and
sanitation, expand local economic opportunity and protect natural resources. YOFLAC also delivers emergency
aid to survivors of war and natural disasters, and helps people rebuild their lives.
