This International Women’s Day we gender inequalities within sport.

🤸‍♂️We know we’ve been lucky to have grown up with opportunity and access to sport in many forms. For all three of us it has impacted our lives beyond words, not least giving us the confidence to say yes to a challenge like TWAC.

🤾‍♀️Not every woman and girl has these opportunities though and that’s why we’ve supported throughout our campaign - our fundraising link is still in our bio if you’d like to make an IWD donation!

Mad that this was one month ago...and what a month it’s been in Antigua!

As we head home today, another huge thank you to everyone for supporting us over the last few months (some of whom are pictured in the first photo if you zoom in really closely😂).

Hannah...Award for the worst snack packs ever.

Ocean high - jumping in to clean the boat and being surrounded by nothing but deep blue sea.

Ocean low - somewhere around day 45 with a throat infection and my egg leg.

Ocean song - One Too Many, Keith Urban and P!nk

Fave ocean meal - Summit to Eat salmon and broccoli pasta.

Fave rowing shift - just before sunset when we’d all get a bit giddy, singing along to Adele in the most northern accents we could do and asking the weirdest questions she could come up with.

The before and after of 52 days at sea.

What an adventure.

We’re still soaking it all in and couldn’t do it justice with words right now but we will eventually.

Our aim was to ‘do the Atlantic and do it well’...pretty sure we can say we have. We left as good friends and we’ve come back even closer ready to take on a new challenge (right now it’s making it through the cocktail menu...hold tight for ‘s reviews).
