What a journey it has been.

Representing Antigua & Barbuda on the international stage is an honour that words cannot fully describe. Competing against some of the best teams in the Eastern Caribbean is something every athlete and coach should be proud of.

To my athletes — I am proud of you. ❤️🇦🇬

You fought, stayed together, and competed through pressure, fatigue, and adversity right to the final point.

We return home with SILVER 🥈, and while we celebrate that achievement, we are also honest with ourselves — the gold was within reach.

Now we go back to work.

We learn.
