Riding in the MS150, Ambler Criterium, and Bicycling Fall Classic. Fred Worthington is killing it on the road and CX circuit. John Wynn is making the trainer his bitch and riding with me in the MS150. Whatever the pursuit, make it true, and if you can, ride a bike. Peace

Due to season ending injuries, Matthew Keiner will not be able to compete this year. Because of this, Fred Worthington will be racing with QCW this season. We wish him the best of luck and look forward to his return to Melo Velo next year.
However, Matt will be back in action in September for the end of the fundraising season. Please support him in his fundraising for FlyPups.org and the MS150, the city to shore ride raising funds for the Multiple Sclerosis Society.
Matt wants to thanks all of his friends and the friends of Melo Velo that have sent well wishes his way. He can't wait to be back on the bike, racing and fundraising.
Have a safe, happy, and healthy summer.

Eyes open for the cyclists out there! It's a beautiful day. Go for a ride!
Congratulations to Fred And Paige on their marriage! So happy to share in the celebration of their love and their new life together. Enjoy your honeymoon, and come back refreshed and ready to dominate this racing season. Cheers!
Angel’s story, and stories like hers, inspired the formation of what would become FlyPups back in 2011. Their mission is to rescue dogs from high kill situations and relocate them to safe homes and refuges. FlyPups’ mission has evolved to include the facilitation of training some of the rescued dogs to be companion dogs and matching them with military veterans in need. In 2012, a police officer found a pit bull lying in a ditch. This poor creature had been used as a bait dog and thrown away, left for dead. The officer rescued him and named him Radar. The local community, and several groups including Letters for Lucy, helped advocate for him, ensuring that he would get the surgeries and medical attention he required. After a yearlong rehab to heal him physically, he still needed to mend some emotional scars. A local radio host reached out to over 100 pilots to take him to Cleveland to reach Chuck, a behaviorist who had volunteered his services to help Radar, as they had determined the long drive was not in his best interest. That’s when FlyPups swooped in. It was a crazy, windy landing in Ohio, but FlyPups got him there safe and sound. Radar did so well there that Chuck decided to keep him on to aid in the training of other dogs. Proving, once again, the power of love and rescue, and how resilient and positive this beautiful breed can be. FlyPups continues to fly rescue missions and has saved hundreds of lives, and is driven by stories of redemption and love like Angel’s. .org
