Congratulations to our very own Amelia Olivaccé on her outstanding performance during Part 1 of the Miss Anguilla Queen Show! 👑💚🦁
Her confidence in the swimsuit competition was a testament to the hard work, discipline, and dedication she has invested both in and out of the gym. She owned the stage and made the entire Lyon Fitness Center family incredibly proud.
Now it’s time to rally behind one of our own! Join us on August 5 as we cheer Amelia on in the final night of the Miss Anguilla Queen Show. Let’s show her the strength of the Lyon family and help bring home the crown!
Go Amelia! We’re behind you every step of the way. 💚🦁

💧 Hydration is just as important as your workout.
A simple rule of thumb: drink about half your body weight (lbs) in ounces of water each day, and even more if you’re training or sweating heavily.
Stay hydrated. Train harder. Recover faster.

Feeling sore after a workout? That’s often a sign your muscles are adapting and getting stronger.
Recover with proper rest, hydration, good nutrition, and get ready to come back even stronger.
Train. Recover. Repeat.

Fuel your workouts with the right nutrition.
Eat a balanced meal before training for energy, and refuel with protein and carbs afterward to support recovery and muscle growth.
Train hard. Eat smart. Recover stronger.

🦁 The best workout plan is the one you can stay consistent with.
For most people, 3–6 workouts per week is enough to build strength, improve fitness, and see results.
Consistency beats perfection every time.
