Ticking off Santorini for my birthday? Check! 🇬🇷

I’m so glad I finally got to do this Greek Island destination for my birthday after putting it off for two years.

Come with me on this journey as I eat, wander, explore, take far too many pictures, and celebrate another trip around the sun in one of the prettiest places I’ve ever been.

A breakfast table this crowded needs at least one low-effort win.

We paired Stir & Serve Tuna in Soy, Ginger & Honey Sauce with quinoa, seeds and grains, and it was ready in just two minutes.

New gym-bag essential unlocked.

Easy to carry, easy to eat between sets, and not a disappointing flavour in sight.

The clever part? bars are wrapper-free, using an edible coating instead of an individual plastic wrapper.

My only complaint is that the box did not magically refill itself after the workout.

Would you believe me if I told you I used to run in high school? I was pretty good at it too!

Somewhere along the way, I stopped running. Now I’m slowly getting back into it, one workout at a time.

I recently tried the Blend & Bloom running vest during a treadmill session. It was easy to adjust, comfortable while I moved, and kept my water and smaller essentials within easy reach.

It also came with safety lights, which are a useful addition for early-morning or evening runs.

I’m still rebuilding my confidence and stamina, but I’m excited to wear it on more runs.

One day, one ticket, three Lake District stops! Wow! 🤩 🚌🍃

Windermere → Ambleside → Coniston, all on a North West Explorer ticket, open-top views, quiet country lanes, and a boat trip on the lake to finish it off.

This is exactly why I love exploring by bus, just hop on, hop off, and let the journey be part of the day.
