Look at how stiff I am, but it only lasted for a couple of days, as stretching helped me return to normal activities.
After my Cyprus Marathon, I suffered from extreme fatigue and muscle soreness, which was due to overworking my entire system.
Three of the best dynamic stretches that help flush out toxins, recover quickly, improve joint movement and flexibility, as well as enhance balance and control, are as follows.
