It is with deep regret to pass on the news of the sudden passing of Kekoo Gatta. Kekoo Gatta was an instrumental part of the Ontario Amateur Wrestling Community, a leader, a mentor and a coach to the Brock Badgers Wrestling Club and Jamaica Wrestling Federation’s U17 athlete Ezekiel Ivri.

Our Sincere and Deepest Condolences to the Gatta Family, Irvi Family, Brock Badgers Wrestling Community and to all those that knew Kekoo Gatta. Our thoughts and prayers are with you all.

The Gatta Family has requested that in lieu of flowers, donation to the Gatta Get’Em on the Mat Fund would be appreciated.

The fund was created in the past year to encourage athletes in wrestling. The intent of the fund is for athletes to be able to subsidize the potential financial needs of athletes.
