261 Fearless Tirana is a non-competitive running club for women. We promote the empowerment of women through running. It's a welcoming atmosphere for everyone from beginning joggers to elite runners. Our club runs are like an hour vacation away from the stress of everyday life. It's a time for you to enjoy being active, healthy, and social with other like-minded women. If you'd like to meet up with someone to run, post on our page to find a running partner!

Through WE RUN, our partners from across Europe are joining forces to make movement more than just sport. It’s about confidence, connection, and lasting change.

Together, we are building the capacity of 261 Club Albania to lead weekly Meet Runs for women in Tirana, Fier, and beyond — creating safe, supportive spaces where every woman can show up, move, and belong.

But we’re not stopping there.
This journey will shape a transfer model to inspire future clubs — including laying the foundation for 261 Club Kosovo.

WE RUN- Women’s Empowerment through Runnining United Nations🏃‍♀️

WE RUN – Women’s Empowerment through Running Unites Nations. 🏃‍♀️ This is a brand-new initiative by Club 261 Austria in partnership with 261 Club Albania, Opportunity Balance Overcoming and University of Prishtina, co-funded by the European Union with an Erasmus+ Sport grant for Capacity Building. WE RUN is all about creating safe, women-led spaces where women can connect, grow, and discover their own strength. In Albania and Kosovo, two countries in the heart of the Western Balkans, women are stepping forward together, proving that movement – both on the road and in life – can empower, unite, and transform. In Albania, the focus is on creating a strong, women-led non-profit – a functioning 261 Fearless Club – that offers safe, empowering Meet Runs for all women. From that experience, we’re crafting a roadmap to launch a new 261 Club in Kosovo. Learning from these experiences and sharing what works, this roadmap will help others hit the ground running. The project officially kicked off with an in-person meeting in Klagenfurt, Austria, from February 20–22, 2026. For three days, all partners came together to plan, collaborate, and share a joint run – a perfect start to building this vibrant, cross-border community of women runners. #WERUN #261fearless #fearlesstogether #womenempowerwomen #womensempowerment

A powerful start for our WE RUN journey in @sportpark.klagenfurt ✨ Together with our dedicated partners from @261cluboesterreich @261clubalbania @opportunity_balance_overcoming and University of Prishtina, we officially kicked off a collaboration built on a shared vision to create change. We kicked off the meeting with an exchange of experience from Club Austria on establishing and growing women’s running groups in Albania — empowering women, building strong communities, and creating sustainable structures that will continue far beyond this project.
