Personally, I do not like to over-stretch practitioners during my yoga classes. Instead, I focus on adjustments and corrections of their yoga poses, helping them achieve advanced poses that are appropriate for them at that moment.
Yoga is not gymnastics or any other type of sport; practitioners should feel and perform the poses in a way that is comfortable and pleasant for them. Adjustments are essential to ensure proper alignment and to prevent injury, allowing students to deepen their practice safely and effectively.
By offering gentle guidance and support, I aim to enhance their body awareness and help them experience the full benefits of each pose.
