Thank you for your patience. We’re excited to share that on January 19th, the gym will reopen from 6:00 AM to 12:00 AM (midnight).
We’ll return to our regular hours of 4:00 AM to 12:00 AM (midnight) starting Tuesday, January 20th.

Dear Valued Customer,

Please be advised that the lobby will be closed on Thursday, December 25, 2025, and Friday, December 26, 2025.

On Wednesday, December 24, 2025, and Wednesday, December 31, 2025, the lobby will close early at 1:00 PM.

The gym area will remain open from 4:00 AM to 12:00 AM and can be accessed through the back entrance during these times.

We sincerely apologize for the unexpected closure of the gym today. Unfortunately, our electricity has been disconnected once again, which is entirely beyond our control. We understand how frustrating and disruptive this is for our valued members, and we share in your disappointment.

We have made substantial payments to reduce our balance with the resort, but without the expected wire transfer we are unable to clear the remaining amount. Although payment plan options were explored, no workable middle ground was reached to prevent the current situation.

We share this with you to provide clarity and context. We sincerely regret that these external circumstances are impacting you, and we truly wish it were otherwise.

Please rest assured that no member will lose any time from their membership — all days affected will be fully credited, and tenants will be reimbursed for the period the gym is unavailable.

We are actively working to resolve this matter and will keep you updated as soon as we have confirmation on when normal operations can resume.

We deeply appreciate your patience, understanding, and continued support as we navigate these challenges.
