GREAT BAY--The third edition of the Dynamics Primary and Secondary Track and Field Championship proved to be more than a school competition, it served as a development platform for young athletes across St. Maarten and the wider region.

The meet also served as an official CARIFTA qualification selection event, where athletes were assessed strictly on performance.

The first-ever Ring Road Activity, hosted by Dynamics Cross Country, is officially in the books — and what an incredible day it was! 🏃‍♂️🏃‍♀️🔥
The event took place on Saturday, November 29th, 2025 at 7:30 a.m.

We are proud to share that we had a total of 103 registrants, including participating clubs from Avenir Sportif (French Side) and a visiting club from Anguilla. Your presence helped make this event truly international and unforgettable! 🌍✨

🕊️Condolences 🕊️

The Dynamics Sporting Club extends our deepest condolences to the family, friends, and loved ones of Mr. Ruthsel Martina. We mourn the loss of a cherished friend, a respected sports colleague, and a man whose passion for athletics touched everyone who had the privilege of knowing him.

Mr. Martina was more than a supporter of sport—he lived it. His dedication, energy, and unwavering commitment to developing athletes and strengthening the sporting community were truly inspirational. He believed in the power of sport to unite people, uplift youth, and build lifelong character, and he devoted himself wholeheartedly to that mission.

To our president, Mr. Abdule Wattley, Ruthsel was not only a colleague but a close and trusted friend. Their bond was built on mutual respect, shared values, and a deep love for sport. His presence at events, conversations filled with encouragement, and the warmth he brought to every interaction will be deeply missed.

We also remember him fondly as the passionate host of the Trupial event, a July tradition that our club looks forward to every year. Ruthsel poured his heart into making that event a success, creating an atmosphere of excitement, sportsmanship, and community. His legacy will live on each time we step onto the field at Trupial, carrying forward the spirit he helped create.

Mr. Ruthsel Martina leaves behind a legacy of dedication, friendship, and love for the sport that will continue to inspire us. The Dynamics Sporting Club stands in solidarity with his family and community during this difficult time. May his soul rest in eternal peace, and may we honor him through the continued pursuit of excellence in the sports he so dearly cherished.
