Mental resilience is increased by the training itself and the efforts that accompany it. Every athlete knows from experience that effort is a part of life, not just a sport. This is even a self-challenge, which often causes misunderstanding among non-athletes. Of course, he controls it, doses it and knows that it is limited in time. Strength and power of an athlete increases with effort. Through effort, as through pleasure, we perceive our physical strength more clearly.
