Building new habits can be really f*cking hard.
It took me 34 years to actually not hate (I can’t quite say enjoy because I will never have a desire to run a marathon) running because I’m getting way too many wins from it in other areas of life.
What habits are you working to build? I’d love to know!

I’m not a huge supplement person but creatine will always be one I can get behind.
