Building new habits can be really f*cking hard.

It took me 34 years to actually not hate (I can’t quite say enjoy because I will never have a desire to run a marathon) running because I’m getting way too many wins from it in other areas of life.

This is one of my FAVORITE drills for stronger splits.

Not only does it bring awareness to your lines, it’s also great for core engagement which is super important as we navigate splitty transitions in the air.

(Please note that this is only ONE drill - it’s not going to magically make your splits stronger overnight)

Add this into your split training and see how it helps!
