Congratulations to sensei Alex Constantinou of UK dojo, Ilford Karate Club on his promotion to 4th dan.

Sensei Alex has been training over 40yrs and in the past was the training partner of shihans Nick da Costa, Graham Warden and sensei Michael Thompson in the 1980's. He is a key member of the refereeing team of the British Karate Guild in all disciplines of karate and we appreciate his contribution to the success of our events.
