It is soo nice taking a few days off after the house move, de-stressing and getting back into good routines. It is all about balance - exercise, sunshine, fun, good food and hubby‘s company ❤️

Soooo much going on right now…. Our son graduated from StGIS, finishing with a lovely ceremony & party.
And right after we were moving house from Salzburg across the border to Inzell.
By now the apartment is almost ready and it is time to enjoy life again. Had a lovely Mountainbike ride this morning…

It has been rather quiet on my side, but trust me: my life is anything but quiet at the moment.
Moving house, country & continent is a mission. On top of it running my daily business, starting and my son graduating…. 🤯🤯🤯
It will get better again in June, I hope.

I might skip some Insta posting, but I do not skip my workouts. Daily long walks, Pilates, strength training… I would not get through this busy time without it.

I hope you all have a wonderful sunny Mothers Day. I‘ll continue packing and moving boxes again 🤩💪🏼

Spring and sunshine changes everything — including how we move.

With the sunshine returning, it’s the perfect time to take your workout outdoors. No equipment — just simple, effective movement wherever you are.

Try this workout with 4 exercises:
Set a timer to 45 seconds work / 15 seconds rest
Complete 3 rounds
Adjust the timing to your current fitness level.

Just start moving again.
Sending you spring vibes ☀️☀️☀️

The Easter holidays are over and I hope you had a lovely time with your loved ones.

Let’s get back into a routine again (and that goes for as well….)
Get the weights out, I am using 4kg…

Do each exercise for 2 rounds or do the full workout and then another round.

Listen to your body, adjust the weights (or no weights), work slow, focus on core and breathe…

war einfach alles möglich.

But with weather like this ☀️
an amazing group
and being on retreat together
anything can happen.

🇩🇪Wir sind wieder da. Gleicher Ort & großartige Ladies.☀️

Der Unternberg Hof empfängt uns mit Sonne und blauem Himmel – besser könnte ein Retreat kaum starten.
Pilates in der Sonne, während neben uns die Skifahrer über die Piste sausen… ehrlich gesagt - es geht kaum besser.

Viel tiefe Bewegung, viel Lachen und jede Menge gute Energie.
Dieses Wochenende hat definitiv gut angefangen. 🤍

Unternberg Hof welcomed us with sunshine and blue skies — honestly, a pretty perfect start to the retreat.
Pilates in the sun while skiers zoom past us on the piste… not a bad setup for a session.

Great deep movement, a lot of laughter, and plenty of good energy already.
This weekend is off to a very good start. 🤍
