Nevertheless‚ when things in or around me are drastically changing, it is sometimes scary, overwhelming and brings up some insecurities. In moments like these it is essential for me to take one step back and take some time for myself, to find focus again and reorientate myself. However change is wonderful since it means development and ends any standstill.

Acroyoga serves me as a tool to find concentration and focus again ❤️🤸🏻‍♀️❤️
