Ja, es ist soweit, am Freitag, 20 März beginnt der Frühling - wie schön! Frühling ist so eine positive Zeit des Jahres, alles sprießt, wächst und beginnt zu blühen. Das brauchen wir gerade im Moment mit dem Tohuwabohu in unser Welt. Wenn wir uns fragen, was wir tatsächlich machen können, dann kommt ganz schnell zurück: uns selbst gesund und fröhlich halten - das gibt uns Kraft für alle Herausforderungen unseres Lebens! Und mit Tanzen & Yoga schaffen wir das wunderbar!

Wir freuen uns dich am Tanzparkett & auf der Yogamatte zu sehen!

Off we go into Springtime with Dancing & Yoga!

Yes, the time has finally arrived and on Friday, 20 March it's the start of Spring! Spring is such a positive time of year, everything is sprouting, growing and blossoming. We need that at the moment with all the goings on out there in the world. When we ask ourselves, what it is we can do about it, an instant thought springs to mind: keeping ourselves healthy and happy, so we keep our strength for all the challenges in our life! And with Dancing & Yoga we are mastering this task beautifully!

We are looking forward to seeing you on the dance floor & on the Yoga mat!
