Recap 300 YTT ⬇️⬇️⬇️
300 hours, 31 days later… still upside down, tired, deeply grateful, and stronger (both physically and mentally). 🧘♀️✨
What a journey this advanced YTT was — a journey of depth, sweat, soul, and more coffee than I thought humanly possible. From sunrise meditations and pranayama to 2-hour asana marathons that woke up muscles I forgot I had — our 3-hour morning routine was no joke(as were the looong holds 🫠) but hey, the ocean dips between classes made it up for it 🙃
We sat. A lot. We learned. A lot. We meditated… A LOT. And I actually began to really enjoy it?! 😌
Mind-expanding philosophy classes that blew our brains wide open, inversion workshops that taught me patience (and the importance of falling with grace), beach bonfires, and dances that reminded me yoga doesn’t always have to be so serious.
Views from the yoga shala: stunning. Breakfasts and coffee: divine. Early mornings: brutal but worth it.
This journey left an imprint. On my body, mind, and heart. Returning to Indonesia tired, inspired, stretched (in every sense), and immensely grateful for everyone I met and everything I’ve learned — not just from teachers, but from all the beautiful souls I shared this journey with.
Until next time… probably meditating somewhere 🌀💛
