I remembered a Single Hand Split Roll-Up challenge by physique a couple of weeks ago, then it
popped up again (maybe .monkey had a story about it? 🤔), anyway split roll-up came up at today’s class, and I had to try it with one hand!
Note to myself: I really should focus on straightening the arms, it is so much nicer!
