And suddenly, it’s autumn 🍂
France was lovely 😅🌿 But now we’re back, the apples are ripe, the cabbages are huge, and the basil has completely taken over.

So now it’s time to harvest, cook, preserve - and figure out what to do with all of it and life. Somehow, it’s really nice to be back again. 💚 ❤️

Our greenhouse is a winter paradise! ❄️🥬 We've been busy planting a variety of fresh winter greens, including lettuce, spinach, Brussels sprouts, kohlrabi, kale, Swiss chard, and Asian salad. But that's not all! We still have over 10 kg of sun-ripened tomatoes, crisp cucumbers, and delicious physalis from the summer harvest, adding vibrant flavors to our winter dishes! 🍅✨ what a joy of gardening, even in the colder months!💚

Ich liiiieeebe unsere heimischen Kräuter, ich liiiieeebe sie!!! So easy und ohne viel Schnick Schnack, genau meins 💚 ein paar Rosenblätter noch vom .hof dazu und fertig ist der Tee💚 zurzeit mache ich jede Woche Tee. Wenn wer einen möchte, könnt ihr uns gerne schreiben 😁
