🌧️ Hellbrunn parkrun #254! 🌧️

Well… it was a little wet yesterday! ☔️ But that didn’t stop our fabulous 59 runners, joggers and walkers from getting out there and enjoying another Hellbrunn parkrun.

As always, we had people joining us from all over the world, 38 first timers to Hellbrunn, including, people, from Australia, the UK and Germany, as well as our wonderful local runners. 🌍❤️

🏃‍♀️ 4 PBs were achieved yesterday — congratulations to everyone who smashed their personal best!

And we had our very own Julie Andrews at Hellbrunn yesterday… not the Julie Andrews, but an English lady with the same name.

A huge congratulations to Barbara on completing her 200th parkrun! 🎉👏 While 200 isn’t an official parkrun milestone, we think that’s definitely worth celebrating!

A massive THANK YOU to our fantastic volunteers who braved the rain and helped make yesterday’s event happen: Beata, Hans, Julia, Martin, Tobias and Barbara. 👏

And a very special thank you to Barbara for taking all the wet high-vis vests and flags home to wash, as well as looking after the defibrillator. You are a star! ⭐️

And, of course, a huge thank you to June, who works behind the scenes every week organising our wonderful volunteer team. We really couldn’t do it without you! ❤️

Whether you ran, jogged, walked, volunteered or simply came along and cheered everyone on (thank you Sienna) — thank you for being part of our Hellbrunn parkrun community.
