Sunday Jam

Weekly Contact Improvisation Jam at Pranayoga Studio 1. Doors open 19:15, the opening circle is at 19:30. Doors remain open until 20:30.

we dance until about 21:30. Usually the beginning is in silence & the second part with music. Sunday Jam is a collective of passionate contact dancers. They are hosting the sunday jam on alternating turns and provide by choice different structures, warmups or scores for the Jam. Every jam has a silent part, and often a part with music.
