There's a fear I hear underneath almost every ballet mentoring session, even when none of the dancers said it out loud.
It's a quiet voice, and an existential one: what if everything I feel inside — all of it, the intensity, the longing, the things too big for words — never actually translates into my body? What if all of it just stays inside? What if my dancing never catches up to that inner world and stays invisible for the outer world?
These internal feelings carry weight (And I mean this in a good way) It's no coincidence that adult dancers describe ballet as something that wakes up their soul. Even call it a prayer. Or that they tell me that ballet reaches a part of them nothing else does.
The question was never whether the feeling is there. The question is whether it ever gets to become refined visible physical language.
This is the work we do in my world. Helping your inner world being translated into the outer world. Through ballet technique that fits, not restricts. Through transforming the relationship with your (ballet) body into something that reveals, not interferes.
So here's exactly how you can work with me, wherever you're standing right now — however far along that translation you already are:
—
🩰 THE BALLET CODE — 5-Day Series — €29 a playful but focused series to stop fighting your body and start understanding it.
🩰 Ballet Needs You — 10-week private mentorship My private container for adult dancers ready to build a real foundation — not more corrections, but the deep work underneath them.
🩰 The Inner Circle My ongoing, diary-style space — unfiltered. For those who want real insights into how I navigate an out-of-the-box life with ballet at its center (as an adult ballet late starter).
Not sure which one's yours yet? That's fine — DM me a 🩰 and tell me what pulled you in. We'll figure out the rest together.

If you don't want to dance professionally, but also not casually as a hobbyist —
what IS the reason you dance as an adult?
17/08/2026
I have more active 1:1 mentees right now than I've ever had. And this is the reason:
I refused to do what most of my industry do: tell you that more corrections, or different ones, will finally do the trick.
What I committed to instead — with every single person I work with — is going so deep that you can't not be struck.
Not moved in a cute, I-love-ballet way.
But shaken and moved to tears. I don't say that for drama. I say it because it's true.
I've sat across from dancers who came in expecting a correction and left facing something that had nothing to do with their ballet technique at all. A belief. An old story. Something that started long before ballet ever did.
No "I need to stretch more." No "my turnout is bad."
But: I'm ready to face my truth.
This is what happens when you stop treating your body, your thoughts, your soul and heart like a machine that needs fixing, and start treating it like it's been trying to tell you something the whole time.
More corrections were never going to reach that. Only depth could.
Being a dancer is not a hobby, it is an initiation.
This is the work. And it's why the room keeps getting fuller.

...except this time I just... watched them. From a bit of a distance. AND didn't take the bait.
Not because I'm perfect. But because I've finally got some practice 𝒏𝒐𝒕 𝒇𝒊𝒈𝒉𝒕𝒊𝒏𝒈. 😀🙌
You're invited to more of this, unfiltered truths and shameless reflections of a 40-year old adult ballet dancer. Free. inside my Inner Circle.

But you were too busy collecting corrections. You nod. You try. Nothing changes.
(DAY 1)
I don't teach corrections. I teach translation and relationship. Legs, arms, breath, artistry — in the same course. Not to overwhelm you, but to remind you they were never separate. Every piece relates to the next, and every piece needs to be translated uniquely, for your body.
Not because you're late, or too old, or too anything — but because that's the work you actually came for. You don't want to do ballet, or copy-paste ballet. You want to *be* it, with every fiber of your precious being.
(DAY 5)
You'll have reached a place where all of it — legs, arms, breath, artistry — folds into something small enough to fit in your dance bag, and big enough to change how you walk into every class after.
Stop Fighting Your Anatomy — Start Leading Your Artistry
Is a 5-day teaching journey designed to make you fall in awe with your ballet body (again)
€29. Instant access.

There is immense beauty and healing in being supported with learning.
And I don't mean having a teacher in the conventional sense.
Because damn, have we all been burnt with teachers, right? (Yes, I had some really good ones as well) But I'm not talking about that. I'm talking about something much more vulnerable.
When it's not about making it through the next math exam but about pursuing something that is dear to your heart.
For many: Ballet is that thing.
While there is an ambition there is also a tenderness. And I live for these moments when my students soften. Dare to wear their hearts on their sleeves.
The tears in my sessions got more. Not more dramatic but more honest. More mature. More finite.
It's a sacred dance to take dance seriously.
And I'm here for the handful of people who are ready to commit on such a deep level.
If some part of you just went quiet reading this — that's usually the part that already knows.
Here's what that quiet part is saying yes to.

BNU. Ballet Needs You.
10 weeks. 5 private sessions. €1,950.
You've been dancing long enough to know "more classes" is actually just more tip-toeing around the gaps in your ballet technique.
Ballet is so important that you've already invested beyond weekly class.
You heard them all: you're done collecting corrections and ready to understand "the underneath."
You're not here to slow down your ambition — but being harsh with yourself was never your style either.
You're looking for someone who is as committed to your progress as you are.
Each session we look for root causes — a mental pattern, your body compensating for an old injury, a ballet basic that never fully landed in your system.
The quiet things running the whole show. Interfering with you building a strong foundation.
We work with direct feedback from your body. You only keep practicing what your body has actually confirmed — because when something clicks (instant improvement in stability, a movement that suddenly feels logical to repeat) that's what we build on.
I guide you through that process.
This is very deep work.
I've had 4 applications in the last 10 days. None of them have started the mentorship with me yet.
DM me BNU + tell me why YOU are made for this.

You don’t need another teacher telling you to pull up your…
whatever.
You need a paradigm shift.
Adult dancers are some of the most dedicated people in the studio — but we are still often trying to grow inside a rulebook built for 12‑year‑olds.
And at some point, trying harder inside the old paradigm stops being noble.
It becomes exhausting.
That’s exactly why I created Stop Fighting Your Anatomy — Start Leading Your Artistry.
It’s a bundle of 5 teachings (€ 29) for adult ballet dancers who are ready to stop fighting their bodies and start using their maturity, intelligence, sensitivity, and lived experience as part of their technique.
And here’s what I want you to know today:
You don’t need to “binge” all 5 teachings perfectly.
Because one sentence can shift the way you enter class.
One gold nugget can change the trajectory of your adult ballet life.
Are you open to that?
Comment FIVE (or drop a ✋) and I’ll send you the link.

To the woman who is READY to make dance—her soul’s desire—a priority:
There’s no need to drop your whole life.
(I know you like it dramatic.)
But the drama anticipation is just another sneaky distraction from the real work ahead.
Because the work isn’t loud. It’s steady.
And here’s what you probably don’t expect: this steadiness is the most difficult part.
Not because you’re busy (or life is busy)…
but because self-abandoning is so familiar.
I could cheer you on to make a bold decision (and I do).
But the decision is—honestly—the easy part.
Nobody says out loud what level of mastery devotion takes.
Devotion and self-pressure are two entirely different things.
And here comes the unsexy part (you little drama queen):
devotion isn’t romantic. Devotion is practical.
It’s a private mentorship session scheduled into your week—
and you showing up to it not perfect, but present. As you are.
If you’re ready for down-to-earth devotion (not romance),
DM me READY and I’ll show you the next step.
