We are proud to welcome the team from Uzbekistan — a neighboring country connected with Kazakhstan by centuries of friendship, shared history, culture, traditions, and the spirit of Central Asia.

Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan share strong historical and cultural ties. Our nations are united by respect for family and elders, warm hospitality, traditional celebrations, national cuisine, music, and a common passion for sport. The friendship between our peoples makes the participation of the Uzbek team in the World Cup especially meaningful.

The country has achieved outstanding results in combat sports, including boxing, wrestling, judo, and martial arts, and continues to develop a strong new generation of athletes.

The ITF Taekwon-Do community of Uzbekistan brings together dedicated athletes, experienced coaches, masters, and young talents who proudly represent their country at international competitions.

Uzbekistan is also famous for its ancient cities, magnificent architecture, colorful traditions, and legendary hospitality. Samarkand, Bukhara, and Khiva represent the rich history of the Silk Road and the unique cultural heritage of the Uzbek people.
