Rugby Club Stade WIen OldiEs

Stade Old Boys team finished 2 out of 6 in the international tournament “Krapfen Cup” yesterday at Celtics. Played again English, German and Canadian teams (on of the Austrian ones of course).

Depuis quelques temps, il est aussi possible d’aider cette association en se faisant plaisir ou faisant plaisir avec l’achat de trousses d'écoles et sacs pour l’entraînement ou de voyage dont les bénéfices iront intégralement à l’association !

Dear Stade club members,

The situation around the COVID-19 virus is omnipresent; for the Stade Rugby Club Wien, the health of all our members is a priority and non-negotiable.
This is our societal and civic responsibility.

Following the directives and recommendations from the Austrian, the management of our club has taken the following decisions:
All club activities (training, matches, participation in tournaments, etc.) are canceled. This decision takes effect today and until further notice.
The situation will be reassessed and communicated as soon as necessary.

We wish a lot of courage to the young people of the club who are confined to their homes.
We also ask everyone to be particularly attentive and to tell us about your healthy if you were infected.
We deeply regret having to take these steps.
However, we are aware of our responsibilities towards our members and those close to us. Our civic duty must take precedence.
For adults, the ASKÖ facilities remain available subject to conditions, as defined in the attachment. Each player, remains of course, responsible and free of his or her actions.Thank you for your understanding.

We are devastated to hear about the passing of Angie Stolz. Angie was a passionate rugby player and a wonderful, bright, strong young woman, who had to leave this world way too soon. We send our heartfelt condolences to her family, her friends and to her team!

The season has officially started for the girls and boys in pink and a lot happened in the last couple of weeks.
