WELCOME to my world 🧿

Since 1992, I am fascinated by an excellent yoga method ~
The founded by Eva Ruchpaul ~

What I love about this approach is the quality of respect applied & the deep listening to the body's true needs 💫

Out of such connection
I have learned to accept me@with honesty ~
To appreciate the process as I do for the results ~
To honor the power of silence ~
the wisdom of the body as a vehicle to
profound joy & contentment 💫

Welcome to my world 🙏
Each session that I have the privilege to share with you is a blessing ~

A celebration of being vibrantly alive!
