- If a user brings the motorsport and specifically, fully-electric car racing into disrepute, i.e. personal attacks on the drivers, Formula E, the Federation Internationale de L’Automobile .
- If a user uploads or shares content containing material that infringes copyright of Formula E or any other third party. Content which is taken from other independent sources must be correctly attributed/referenced.
- If a user provides or creates links to external sites that violate this code of conduct. Neither the Administrator nor Formual E collect or use the personal data from Fan Site users. The content, views or opinions presented in this Fan Site are solely those of the Administrator of the Fan Site and do not represent those of the Federation Internationale de L’Automobile or Formula E, or any other entity related to the FIA Formula E Championship.
