📝PLAYER REGISTRATION UPDATE📝

The national online registration platform has recently changed.

For our Club this means registrations are a little bit different this year.

All registrations and payment of fees for both the Club and the league played will be available online via the PlayHQ portal.

Instead of our usual Registration and Family Fun Day, we'll now be holding a Registration Information Day. A day purely for coming to find out information about membership, registration or the season ahead...And a chance to stock up on Vikings gear for a good price!

This year we're keeping things simple and Covid safe, therefore we ask that you only attend for the following reasons:

🔸Sub-Junior players - additional information pack provided and form to be completed on the day

🔸You have questions for the membership manager or committee members regarding season 2022

🔸You have questions or need assistance with the new registration process

🔸You would like to organise a payment plan for your (or your child's) fees or are eligible for a discount (more information on discounts to be released soon)

🔸You (or your child) are a new/transferring player to the Club - proof of identity document required before online registration can be finalised at Club and League level.

Documents include: Drivers Licence, Proof of Age Card, Student ID, Passport, Birth Certificate.

🔸You would like to get your hands on some Viking merchandise or require uniform items.

Happy Valley Football Club are on the hunt for canteen operators for season 2022.

Applicants will need to provide meals during the below hours and be open to working alongside the club to prepare menus and specials.

Wednesday & Thursday 6-9pm
Friday 5-9pm
Saturday 8-9pm
Sunday 9-4pm

⚠️IMPORTANT COVID MESSAGE⚠️

Please note that Happy Valley Football Club is 𝐍𝐎𝐓 considered an exposure site.

One of our senior men players attended training (outdoors) on Monday night. After feeling minor symptoms the following day, he got tested and received a positive result.

All players and coaches in attendance to training on Monday night (approx. 10-12 people) have been advised and requested to get a test and isolate until a negative result received. A majority of players have received their results, all of which are negative.

Should a positive result come back from any remaining players, we will investigate if they have attended the Christmas party and will advise those in attendance and SA Health if this is the case.

Having followed our covid management plan, we will be able to provide all information to the appropriate sources promptly if required.

Please disregard any posts on pages you may have seen, as HVFC is 𝐍𝐎𝐓 an exposure site at this stage.

We will advise if the situation changes.

The Merch Store will be open Wednesday 22nd December from 6pm.

This is also the night of the Christmas Party, see you there!

Sharon will also be out at the senior women's training (Monday & Wednesday) this week at Reynella East College for those new and existing players who require shorts for season 2022.

These are a NEW style of shorts and sizes 8-26 will be available to try on and place orders, payments to be taken at a later date.

2020 HAPPY VALLEY VIKINGS PHOTO EVENT

IMPORTANT: Online Orders MUST be placed in advance of your Photo session to ensure Brand Sports Designs take the necessary photos to fulfill the correct orders. For Example, if an INDIVIDUAL Photo is ordered, this will include a photo of the Player with the ball. The Online Store can be accessed by following these steps: 1. Access the website via the following link: brandsportsdesigns.com.au2. Select ‘Online Photos from the Menu
3. Click on ‘Club Logo’ tab
4. Enter Password 5. Choose your preferred photos
6. Enter Player First & Last Name and Select Your Team from the drop down Menu (Important: Ensure the Athlete’s name is input correctly, as this is what will appear on the Photo).7. Add to Cart
8. Proceed to Checkout and Payment
Note:
- Individual Portrait Photos are 6 x 9 inch and Landscape Team Photos are 12 x 8 inch
- If you intend to frame your photos then laminating is not recommended.**Full Uniforms must be worn by all Players**
An outline of the process is as follows:-1. Take a photo of every Player individually, with their Name and Team2. Then take a photo holding the ball 3. Take the Team Photo
NOTE: the Photographer does require a Helper at each session:to bring your Team on time; andto write Player Names on the WhiteboardPlease do not hesitate to contact me should you have any queries.
