A New Year and a new beginning with the ladies joining Royal NSW and our team. Wendy Dowling, Helena Hodgson, Cheyanne Douglas, Dianne Gunther and Jenny Tate played in 6 teams entered in the Zone’s Presidential Fours.

Great day and great effort. May there be many more!

You can only be absolutely proud of our little club hosting the Inaugural Abermain 4 x 4.

Winner of the singles Nathan Dawson runner up Clinton Mitchison*, winner of the pairs Darrell Sidebottom* and Daniel Burford*, triples Rod Lawrence, Marc Bert and Mick Lane.

Thankful for all the positive feedback across the bowling community. Come back next year. We’ll throw an extra shrimp in the wok for you!

Great effort by our team in the Inaugural Broken Back Bowl

Jayden and Glen Robinson, Jhon and David Meatheringham, Jamie Bishop, Ned Walden, Eddie Dorn, Joe Lewis, Ralph Driver, Mark and Pete de Krey and Billy George. Didn’t do it this time but gallant anyway.

Abermain Big Week of Bowling is coming!

23 November starts off with the Annual Bowl and Ball followed by a big week of Bowling - Singles 25th Pairs 26th , Triples 27th Fours 28th ending with the Zone 6 Broken Bowls Tournament.

The Ladies Bowls on Wednesday is shifting to 5pm start in the summer months beginning 6 November so we hope to see you there in the cool of the evening for a great game of bowls.

The three Amigos do well at Bellbird Park with cash in hand.

In extreme conditions amidst the dust storms the Sahara would be proud of, our Terry, Kerry and Andrew brought home the bacon and a nice Divy. Well done lads! All primed now for Abermain’s Big Week of Bowls from Saturday 23 November.

We have a huge week of bowling planned for Monday 25 November to Thursday 28 November at the ABC. Some top bowlers expected.

An absolutely fantastic weekend shared between Albion Park friends representatives from ECBC, Kurri Kurri, Paxton and of course Abermain.

The Ronald McDonald House charity day was a great success in which all participating bowlers had a great time.

Thank you to staff and all bowlers for a great weekend.

Abermain entered 2 teams in the BPL Cup 2019 with some nice bowling by the teams against more fancied opposition. Anton Pete and Billy took two games to tie breakers only to suffer cruel misfortune on both occasions.

Well done also to Jamie Glen and Clint on a great day out.
