Massive shoutout, congrats & good luck to .sampson_ who competed at nationals last weekend, picking up Bronze in Synchro Trampoline with fellow Cornerstone Athlete ๐๐๐
An awesome return to competing for Loz after some injuries & covid cancelling events over the past few years ๐
Loz now heads off to Italy to compete with the Australian Team at one of the World Cup events being held this year ๐
We canโt wait to see how you perform Loz, itโs been a tough road to get back to this level but youโve put all the hard work in & we have huge belief in you ๐ Good Luck!

Regularly training together in our 6pm sessions, they arenโt afraid of getting the hard work done, supporting each other through each set.

TOP 3 REASONS YOUR DAUGHTER SHOULD BE LIFTING WEIGHTS
1. STRENGTH, both physical and mental. Lifting builds both physical strength and mental resilience. They go hand in hand. When you're more equiped to handle load and stress, you'll deal with it better.
2. Promotes and builds a HEALTHY BODY and IMAGE of themselves. Seeing a new generation of girls coming through where strong is sexy is so refreshing. For some it's allowing them to be more comfortable with who they are.
3. CONFIDENCE. It's actually the number 1 reason but the other 2 things feed into. When one of our young female members said 'I have a more positive self body image, and I would have never had the confidence to go for School Captain if it wasn't for the gym', I had tears in my eyes. That's when you know this stuff makes a difference.

WHY YOU NEED TO SPECIALISE.... AND NOT.
We see so many kids specialising in 1 sport too early. This shows there's a lot of value just from an injury prevention perspective to play lots of sports, or just do lots of different things.
Kids should be kids.
