We're excited to be partnering with Online Soccer Gym to bring soccer players something a little different this trial season: a "Mental Preparation for Trials" online session, facilitated by our founder, sports psychologist Freddy Santos.

Trials aren't just won on skill — nerves, self-doubt, and pressure can trip up even the most talented players on the day. In this live online session, Freddy will share practical, easy-to-use mental preparation tools to help players walk in calm, focused, and confident when it counts.
