Another successful Endurance Benchmark Week is coming to a close, but there’s still a few days to test how far you can run in 22 minutes.
Our top tips to help you perform better:
• Drink 600ml–1L of water before you train
• Easy carbs the night before or the morning of your workout
• Hold 150–175 bpm and stay in control of your pacing
• Attempt 2–3 quality efforts across the week, spaced out
• Log your result in the PLATFRM app
Over the next eight weeks, you’ll improve your Endurance Benchmark by gradually lifting your base pace by 0.2–0.3 km/h every couple of weeks. Small adjustments, repeated consistently, create real change.
If nothing changes, nothing changes.
